Remarkd is an anonymous feedback collection tool that allows users to create shareable feedback links and collect responses from others. Respondents can answer questions without creating an account or disclosing their identity.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Collect feedback in a harassing, abusive, or discriminatory manner

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Remarkd offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Remarkd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service.

By using the Service, you grant Remarkd a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to do so for legal or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
